Terms of Use

Axis Hud is one of the software projects developed and maintained by Meta Interactive LTDA, part of the MetaGroup Interactive ecosystem.

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Axis Hud platform, offered as a subscription service for the financial and operational organisation of the user's company.

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or continuing to use Axis Hud, the user declares that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

When acceptance is given on behalf of a company, the user confirms that they may represent it, and from then on “you” means the company.

To use the platform, the user must have legal capacity. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not use the platform.

The platform is reached at the official address published in our institutional channels. Support is provided by e-mail, at contato@axishud.com for general matters and suporte@axishud.com for support, and on WhatsApp at +55 19 99856-2117.

Messages about account security, suspected unauthorised access or technical problems should preferably be sent to the official support channel.

Requests are handled according to operational availability, order of arrival and complexity, on business days.

Axis Hud never asks for passwords, authentication codes or money transfers as a condition for support.

The account is for professional use. Access depends on registration, login and a personal password defined at sign-up, or on the linked Google account.

Everyone on the team signs in with their own credentials. A password shared by several people breaks the audit trail, which is exactly what tells you who made each change.

The user is responsible for everything done from their account, including the actions of the people they invited, and for keeping their credentials confidential and secure.

Keep your password safe and tell support as soon as you suspect unauthorised access.

The platform is not liable for unauthorised access resulting from the user's negligence, shared credentials, improper use of devices or security failures outside its reasonable control.

The user is responsible for keeping their devices, connections and digital environments properly protected against viruses and other threats.

The account administrator sets the access profiles, that is, what each member may see and edit.

The platform offers features for the financial and operational organisation of the company, which may include, among others:

Available features may vary according to the plan, platform updates, technical limitations, third-party integrations and operational criteria adopted by the company.

The platform does not move money, does not execute financial orders on the user's behalf and has no automatic banking integration, unless expressly stated in a specific feature.

The information recorded is entered, reviewed or confirmed by the user, who therefore remains responsible for checking the data used in their financial organisation.

Axis Hud is a tool that supports organisation and calculation. Nothing on the platform is accounting, legal or investment advice.

The user agrees to use the platform lawfully, ethically and in line with its purpose. When using Axis Hud, you agree not to:

Breaching these Terms may lead to limited access, suspension or closure of the account, without prejudice to any other applicable measures. Where the case allows, we warn you first.

Whatever you enter in Axis Hud stays yours. We process it to run the service: display, calculate, store and give it back whenever you ask for an export.

We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.

Personal data is processed for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms as complementary information on collection, use, storage and sharing.

All rights relating to the platform, including software, structure, layout, visual elements, organised databases, texts, features, brand, distinctive signs and other protectable content, belong to Meta Interactive LTDA or to third parties that have authorised their use.

Using the platform transfers no intellectual property rights to the user.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, adapting, publicly sharing or commercially exploiting elements of the platform without prior written permission is prohibited.

You may mention Axis Hud as a tool you use. Any other use of the brand requires written permission.

Creating an account is free and lets you see the system from the inside, with no commitment. Continued access depends on subscribing to a plan, under the commercial conditions in force at the time of purchase.

Subscribing is done inside the platform, in the subscriptions section, and takes effect once payment is confirmed. Each plan defines the limits and features included, stated at the time of purchase.

Billing is in advance, on the monthly or yearly cycle you choose, and payments are processed by specialised third-party platforms. Full payment details are entered in their environment and are not stored by Axis Hud.

Amounts are in Brazilian reais and may be adjusted. Any adjustment is announced at least 30 days in advance and only applies from the following cycle.

Before subscribing, it is the user's responsibility to check the conditions of the chosen plan, including frequency, price, renewal rules and cancellation conditions.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle until it is cancelled. The plan can be changed at any time, in the subscriptions section.

Cancellation can also be done at any time, on the platform itself. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for, and there is no further charge after that.

Cancelling prevents future charges and does not trigger an automatic refund.

The user has a 7 (seven) day right of withdrawal, counted from the purchase. Refund requests are made on the refund page, and cancellation in the subscriptions section.

Unconfirmed payment leads to suspension of access, after the billing notice.

Data is not deleted along with the suspension: before any permanent removal you are warned and given time to export what is yours.

The platform evolves: screens and sections may change, gain features or be reorganised. At any time we may modify, update, fix, extend, limit, suspend or discontinue features, resources, integrations or plans for technical, operational, commercial or legal reasons.

Updates, improvements, fixes, changes or removal of features do not automatically create a right to a refund, except where expressly stated or required by applicable law.

The platform uses, integrates or references services provided by third parties, including hosting, e-mail delivery, payment processing, authentication and storage.

Those services have their own rules, policies, outages, limitations and practices.

Axis Hud is not liable for failures, outages, blocks, changes, discontinuation, conduct or policies adopted by third parties, to the extent that such events are outside its reasonable control.

We work to keep the platform running continuously, but there is no guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free or entirely fault-proof availability. Maintenance, updates, planned downtime or emergency security measures may happen, and planned downtime is announced by e-mail to the account.

The connection is encrypted, each account is isolated from the others and actions are recorded in an audit log.

There are backup routines, and exporting your data is available inside the platform. Even so, no digital environment is entirely free of risk, and we recommend keeping your own periodic copy of what is critical, especially before deletions, significant changes or the use of automated features.

We do not guarantee specific financial results, savings, profitability, absolute accuracy of calculations made from data entered by the user, or full suitability of the platform to particular needs.

The user acknowledges that financial, accounting, tax, asset, spending, investment and planning decisions are their sole responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the company's total liability for damages related to the use of the platform is limited to the amount actually paid by the user in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the company is not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, loss of opportunity, loss of revenue, data loss caused by external factors, or losses related to decisions taken by the user based on the information recorded or displayed on the platform.

The limits in this clause do not apply where applicable law prohibits such a restriction.

Neither party is liable for failures or delays caused by events outside its reasonable control, including acts of God, force majeure, power failures, network outages, cyber attacks, government acts, regulatory changes, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters or other unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstances.

While such events last, the affected obligations may be suspended for as long as it takes to overcome their effects.

You can stop using the platform whenever you want, in the account settings or by talking to support. The contract lasts while the subscription is active.

Either party may terminate. On our side, termination happens for breach of these terms or because the service is discontinued, always with prior notice and time to export the data.

These terms may change. The last update date is at the top of this page, and significant changes are announced by e-mail to the account.

The user is responsible for keeping their registration details up to date and for following the communications related to the use of the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after a change means agreeing to the new version.

Tolerating a breach of any provision of these Terms is neither a waiver of rights nor a novation.

If any provision is found invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining ones stay valid and in full force.

These Terms are read together with the Privacy Policy and with the commercial conditions of the plan in force.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of São Paulo/SP are elected as the venue, without prejudice to any rights granted to consumers by applicable law.
