Introduction
Meta Interactive LTDA, a Brazilian company registered under CNPJ no. 60.022.964/0001-62, with registered office at Rua Cel. José Eusébio, nº 95, Casa 13, Higienópolis, São Paulo/SP, CEP 01239-030, Brasil, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data processed within Axis Hud.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and share personal data related to the use of the platform, as well as the channels available for requests about that data.
By using the platform, the user declares that they are aware of this Policy.
Registration data
The following registration data may be processed when the platform is used:
- name;
- e-mail;
- phone number;
- login information, including when access is made through a Google account;
- company details given at sign-up, such as legal name and tax number.
Data entered by the user
The platform lets the user record financial and operational information to organise the company, such as account and category names, income and expense entries, amounts, due dates, charges, customer, supplier and product records, tasks and other entries in the sections included in the plan.
That information is entered by the user and is organisational in nature.
The platform does not request, does not store and has no access to real card numbers, banking passwords, tokens, security codes or any credential to financial institutions.
Account, bank and card names registered on the platform are defined by the user and do not necessarily match real banking details or full card numbers.
The user is responsible for having a legal basis for the third-party data they record. In that case they act as controller of that data, and Axis Hud as processor.
Files uploaded by the user
The platform allows files to be attached to records, such as receipts and documents linked to entries, registrations and conversations.
Those files are available only to whoever has access to the corresponding record, according to the access profile set by the account administrator.
Those files are processed on the basis of performing the contract with the user, and are kept for as long as that purpose requires, subject to operational, security and support criteria.
By uploading a file, the user declares that they are entitled to use it in the context of the platform.
Technical and browsing data
Technical and browsing information may be collected, such as:
- IP address;
- device model and operating system;
- preferred language;
- cookies and similar technologies;
- browsing data and access logs.
How the data may be used
The data processed within the platform may be used to:
- create and manage the user's account;
- allow access to the platform features;
- record, organise and display the information entered;
- provide support to the user;
- process subscriptions and manage access to the service;
- prevent misuse, fraud and security incidents;
- make technical, operational and functional improvements to the platform;
- send communications about the account, the use of the platform and the provision of the service.
Data sharing
Data may be shared, where necessary, with processors and contracted third parties that provide services related to the operation of the platform, such as:
- payment and subscription management platforms, to process payments and manage the contractual relationship;
- hosting and infrastructure providers, to serve the application and store operational data;
- transactional e-mail tools, for confirmations, access recovery and service communications;
- traffic analysis and metrics tools, where applicable and with the user's prior consent;
- marketing and advertising tools, to measure campaigns, with the user's prior consent.
Sharing happens only in the context of providing the service, operating the platform, keeping the systems secure or handling requests made by the user. Contracted processors act on behalf of the platform and are bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
International transfer
Data may be processed or stored outside Brazil by the service providers used to operate the platform. When that happens, the safeguards set out in Law no. 13,709/2018 (LGPD) are applied to ensure an adequate level of protection.
Information security
The platform adopts administrative and technical measures to protect the information processed, aiming to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure. Among them:
- encrypted connection between the browser and the platform;
- isolation of each account's data;
- access control by profile, set by the account administrator;
- an audit log of relevant actions;
- data backup routines.
No environment is entirely free of risk, which is why the user is also responsible for taking adequate measures to protect their credentials and devices.
Data retention
Data may be stored:
- while the user's account is active;
- for as long as needed to provide the platform features;
- for as long as needed to meet contractual, operational or regulatory obligations, or to protect the company's rights;
- for as long as needed for fraud prevention, security and support.
After the applicable periods, data may be deleted, anonymised or kept in a manner permitted for legitimate purposes related to the operation of the platform.
Cookies and similar technologies
The platform uses cookies and similar technologies for:
- the proper working of the environment;
- authentication and session management;
- personalising the experience, such as language and theme;
- usage and performance analysis, where applicable.
On the first visit, the platform asks which categories may be used. Essential cookies, required for the platform to work and for authentication, are always on and cannot be turned off. The remaining categories depend on the user's permission, which can be given, refused or changed at any time through the “Cookies” link, available in the site footer and on the Profile page.
Refusing the optional categories does not delete any data from the user's account: it only stops the corresponding screen preferences from being stored in this browser.
The user can manage cookies directly in the browser, choosing to block or remove them, aware that this may affect the experience, including keeping the session open.
Payments
Payments for the platform subscription are processed by specialised third-party platforms.
Axis Hud does not store full credit card, debit card or other payment details entered directly on the pages of those platforms.
The processing of payment-related data also follows the policies and conditions of those service providers.
Rights of the data subject
In accordance with article 18 of Law no. 13,709/2018 (LGPD), the data subject may exercise, through the channels stated in this Policy, the following rights:
- confirmation that processing exists and access to the data linked to their account (art. 18, I and II);
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data (art. 18, III);
- anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in breach of the LGPD (art. 18, IV);
- portability of the data to another service or product provider, upon express request, subject to commercial and industrial secrets (art. 18, V);
- deletion of personal data processed with the data subject's consent, except in the cases where the law requires it to be kept (art. 18, VI);
- information about the public and private entities with which the platform has shared data (art. 18, VII);
- information about the option not to give consent and the consequences of refusing (art. 18, VIII);
- withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal (art. 18, IX).
Requests are reviewed according to the nature of the request and the circumstances of each case.
