Cancelling is done inside the system, in a few clicks. Refunds apply to requests made within 7 days of payment.
Request a refund
Enter the e-mail used for the purchase. When you continue, we open a message to our support already filled in, and you just have to send it.
How to cancel the subscription
- Sign in to your account.
- Open the Subscription section.
- Go to Cancellation and choose Cancel subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Cancelling prevents future charges and does not trigger an automatic refund. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
Refund window
The right of withdrawal lasts 7 (seven) days from the payment. After that, cancelling is still available at any time, but without a refund of the current cycle.
